Sand Cast Workshop for International Visitors

Sand Cast Workshop for International Visitors

Coming to Japan for the YOKOHAMA HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW 2026?

Experience Japanese Aluminum Sand Casting at FORK!

Join us for a special hands-on aluminum sand casting workshop at FORK, a Japanese manufacturer of custom motorcycle parts!

For nearly 20 years, FORK has been designing and manufacturing its own motorcycle parts in Japan, handling everything in-house—from aluminum casting to machining and polishing.

Now, we're opening the doors of our workshop to a small group of international visitors!

Get a rare behind-the-scenes look at how our motorcycle parts are made, and experience the same sand casting process we use in our everyday production.

Guided by the FORK team, you'll create your own sand molds by hand. Our experienced staff will then pour molten aluminum into your molds, allowing you to watch your creations come to life!

If you love motorcycles, cars, metalworking, or simply making things with your own hands, we'd love to have you join us!

Just 8 spots available!

We're also working on adding more items to the selection!

Each participant will make and take home three aluminum pieces, choosing from our available designs.

You'll create the sand molds yourself, and our staff will handle the molten aluminum pouring.

Once your castings have cooled and been finished, you'll be able to take home the pieces you helped create—a unique souvenir of your time in Japan!
