Our official website has been renewed!

Our new official website soft-launched on July 8th.

We are currently operating both the old and new sites in parallel, but we plan to fully transition to the new site by August.

Please note that the currently published domain is a temporary one. After the full transition, we will transfer the previous forkco.com to the new site.

Although it is still in the soft launch period, you can browse products and place orders as usual.

Main Changes

■ Easy-to-view and easy-to-find category structure

Previously, the category division on our site was complex, and it sometimes took time to find the product you were looking for.

On the new site, we have revised the category structure to allow for visual and intuitive product searching, improving access to target products more smoothly.

■ Product pages significantly reorganized

On the old site, products with different specifications were on separate pages, resulting in many pages and making it difficult to find the desired product.

On the new site, products of the same design are now grouped on a single page, and specifications and options can be selected within that page.

As a result, the number of product pages has been reduced to less than one-third of what it was, not only improving discoverability but also making it less likely for compatibility errors or order mistakes to occur.

■ Product descriptions and photos updated

We have standardized the description method, which previously varied by product, and changed it to an easy-to-understand format centered around bullet points.

Product photos have also been standardized to a square format, improving visibility. We will continue to add new photos sequentially.

■ Multilingual and multi-currency support

This site supports Japanese and 8 other languages, including English.

Furthermore, when accessed from various countries around the world, prices and shipping fees will now be displayed in the currencies of many countries and regions.

■ Smartphone compatibility

On the old site, smartphones displayed the PC version, but the new site is fully compatible with smartphone displays.

You can now use it more comfortably even when you're on the go.

■ Apple Pay and Google Pay support

In addition to traditional credit card payments and PayPal, we now support payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

 

Although it is still in the soft launch period and there are areas for improvement, the site has been reborn to be more visually appealing and comfortable to use than before.
