Product Prices

All prices shown on the website are the selling prices and include Japanese consumption tax.


Shipping Fees

Japan Post (Yu-Pack)

  • Honshu: ¥660

  • Outside Honshu: ¥990

  • Free shipping on orders of ¥25,000 or more

Japan Post (Click Post)

(Available only for eligible items within 3 cm thickness and 1 kg weight.)

  • Flat rate within Japan: ¥200

  • Free shipping on orders of ¥5,500 or more


Additional Charges

For Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments via Yu-Pack, an additional COD handling fee of ¥330 will be charged.


Shipping Schedule

For items in stock, orders will be shipped on our shipping days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) after the order has been confirmed (*1).

Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM (JST) on a shipping day will be dispatched the same day.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Yu-Pack

  • 1–2 days after shipment

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.

  • Approximately 2–5 days after shipment

  • Delivered directly to your mailbox in most cases.

1 Order Confirmation

  • Credit Card, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD): Order is confirmed immediately after checkout.

  • Bank Transfer: Order is confirmed after payment has been received.


Payment Methods

Payment is processed immediately when the order is placed.

Bank Transfer

(Rakuten Bank or Japan Post Bank)

Please complete payment within 7 days after placing your order. Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment is made in cash directly to the delivery driver upon receipt of the package.


Returns & Exchanges

If a product has a manufacturing defect or functional problem, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense.

For returns or exchanges requested due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom-made or special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you wish to request a return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used

  • Products reported more than 7 days after delivery

  • Products that have been damaged or soiled after delivery by the customer


Refund Policy

If a returned item meets the above return conditions and is approved (excluding exchanges), a refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.


Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items: Return shipping costs will be paid by FORK Co., Ltd.

  • Returns due to customer preference: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
