Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Japan.

• Orders to the United States are shipped via DHL Express.
• Orders to all other countries are shipped via EMS (Japan Post).
• In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are unable to estimate these charges in advance. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Defective / Return

If the item is defective (unused), please return it with shipping costs paid by the recipient, and we will exchange it for a good one. If we do not have a good one in stock, you will either have to wait for delivery or we will refund your money if you prefer. *If the item is defective (used), we will handle the situation accordingly.

 

Return period

Within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Return shipping

We will cover the costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items. The customer will cover the costs for returns due to customer reasons.
