By mounting this between the carb cover [1135 series] and the carburetor, it increases internal capacity and creates an accelerating area (venturi) at the intake, achieving even higher flow.
While it depends on the carburetor settings, our tests have shown high effectiveness when used on stock big twins and engines with larger displacement or tuning.
Conversely, with 883 Sportsters, better results were sometimes achieved without it, and there are cases where big twins were set up successfully without it. Therefore, we recommend using it strictly as an optional part.
