This is a versatile cast aluminum clamp that can be mounted on 1-inch pipes such as handlebars.

Originally developed for mounting cast turn signals, it can be used for various purposes such as mirror mounts, depending on your ingenuity.
The basic finish is polished, but unpolished versions are also available as a low-cost option.
